IBS - Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Irritable Bowel Syndrome or IBS is a gastrointestinal disorder also called spastic colon which affects the colon or the large intestine. The diagnosis of IBS is rather difficult, and it is done by excluding other diseases. IBS is common with people between the ages of 20 to 40, and it is prevalent in women than men. Despite the fact that Irritable Bowel Syndrome is not a palatable experience, it is not life threatening.
The term Infertility refers to an individual’s physiological failure to become pregnant or to fertilize a sexual partner. Mononucleosis has flu-like symptoms such as a sore throat, fever and swollen lymph nodes which can also show in the form of extreme fatigue and can be wrongly diagnosed as chronic fatigue syndrome. Mono can cause inflammation of liver occasionally, and this can lead to jaundice, hepatitis, and inflamed spleen.
Meniere’s disease also known as idiopathic endolymphatic hydrops is a medical disorder of the flow of fluids present in the inner ear. This disease is peculiar to the inner ear and affects the balance and hearing of the patient. Three major symptoms that lead to Meniere’s disease are vertigo, loss of hearing and tinnitus.
